About The Role
Want a role where you can genuinely change lives?
We re looking for a Hostel In-Reach Recovery Worker to join our team on a full-time basis (35 hours per week), supporting adults with drug and alcohol needs who are living in supported accommodation hostels across Thanet and Canterbury.
You ll work within an integrated healthcare framework, supporting people with high complexity, trauma, and barriers to engagement. With a smaller caseload, you ll be able to offer enhanced, flexible, trauma-informed support to those most at risk of rough sleeping.
