We have a fantastic new opportunity to join our Procurement team in a newly created Procurement Coordinator role, on a two year fixed term contract basis.

Our team in Procurement are here to support our organisation in providing the maximum funds for our beneficiaries by delivering efficiencies, value for money and minimising risk through strategic and effective procurement and contract management. Specifically, they support all functions within RBL to utilise procurement, supply and contract management best practices, provide a centre of excellence for advice and guidance for employees to access and play an active part in the our governance processes.

This new role will sit at the heart of this team, responsible for the coordination and administration of the teams activities. As a newly created position, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in a career in Procurement to join an established an successful team, who will in turn provide you the chance to gain practical experience and support you to undertake professional qualifications.

Reporting to our Head of Procurement, key responsibilities will include:

- Act as first point of contact for internal and external procurement queries
- Overall responsibility for the team mailbox, to include responding to and triaging messages
- Provide administrative support across the procurement lifecycle, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining trackers and registers
- Support the coordination and completion of supplier due diligence processes, including tracking documents and liaising with internal risk leads
- Support the preparation of contract documentation, and be responsible for coordinating supplier onboarding activities across each team
- Assist the team with working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and timelines and assist in planning team resources

You will be contracted to our Haig House hub with a minimum expectation of two days per week working in person at the hub and flexibility for working remotely/at home when not on site.
