• Provide personalised support to students with a range of SEND needs, including learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges
• Assist in the delivery of engaging, evidence-based lessons and activities that cater to the unique needs of each student
• Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement effective learning strategies, adapting resources and approaches as needed
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the monitoring and assessment of student progress

• Relevant qualifications in education, SEND, or a related field
• Proven experience working as a SEND Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility, creativity, and a commitment to inclusive and differentiated teaching practices
