With your expertise in customs and export processes, you will be the central interface between customers, airlines, authorities and internal teams. Operational processing & control You will plan, book and coordinate air freight shipments with optimal routes, transit times and costs. You create and check all export documents (e.g. air waybills, customs documents, customer documents). You ensure that all shipments comply with international regulations and customer requirements. You will keep track of ongoing shipments and intervene proactively if there are any deviations. You will be the first point of contact for your customers in air freight export. You will provide them with professional support for special handling, customs clearance and complex requirements. You maintain close contact with airlines, customs authorities and service providers - and ensure a smooth flow of information. Cost and process optimisation You use existing tariffs and agreements to achieve the best price-performance ratio. You check freight invoices, analyse costs and assist with process optimisation. You contribute your own ideas to make processes more efficient and transparent. You always work in accordance with international trade, customs and security regulations. You ensure complete, accurate and traceable documentation of all shipments.
