The Role

As the Asset & Compliance Manager, you ll:

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements while managing lifecycle surveys of assets.
• Lead internal and external audits to support operational excellence.
• Develop and implement compliance audit plans and performance indicators.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Service Managers to address compliance non-conformances.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and operational teams for seamless issue resolution.

You

To be successful in the role of Asset & Compliance Manager, you ll bring:

• Experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of legislative compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in CAFM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
