We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Manchester, 40 hours.

What our Assistant Store Managers do
  • Be the right hand by working side-by-side with the Store Manager to create a motivated, high-performing team and a welcoming store environment.
  • Keep things running smoothly by overseeing daily operations to ensure everything is working like clockwork.
  • Monitor performance by helping track KPIs and supporting the Store Manager in reaching sales and service targets.
  • Deliver standout service by guiding customers through every step of the eye test journey with care and expertise.
  • Apply your optical skills by helping customers choose the right frames and lenses, and carrying out precise adjustments and lens cutting.
