Quantity Surveyor

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor for tier 1 construction company working on highway infrastructure services for a temp to perm position to start ASAP

Some key responsibilities:

• Commercial & contract management of NEC4 including pricing works, compensation events and admin vis CEMAR
• Ensuring accurate measurement form site records, timely payment notifications and agreement of final accounts
• workingclosely with clients, operations teas and supply chain to support valuations, resolve queries, and manage risksand opportunities

You will need

• Minimum HND/HNC in quantity surveying
• 5+ years construction industry exprience
• NEC 4 contract knowledge (options A, C & E) is essential
• Ability to price works using first principles
