What you will be doing
Carrying out management, refurbishment and demolition surveys
Completing asbestos in the ground surveys where required
Undertaking air monitoring, reassurance testing, and airborne fibre counting
Completing four stage clearances and challenging poor remediation when needed
Working across commercial, industrial, and public sector sites
Capturing accurate site data using tablet based systems
Producing clear, defensible reports clients can rely on
Working in line with HSG248 and HSG264 at all times
Acting as a professional, calm point of contact on site
What you will need
BOHS P402, P403 and P404, or recognised equivalents
Strong working knowledge of asbestos legislation and guidance
A full UK driving licence
Confidence working independently on site
A professional, calm approach with clients and contractors
