We are looking for caring and motivated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional learning needs in schools across the Wellingborough area. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusion and wants to play a key role in helping children feel confident, supported, and ready to learn.
Support pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to help them access the curriculum.
Assist in the delivery of personalised learning strategies alongside teachers and SENCOs.
Promote a calm, structured, and positive classroom environment.
Support children with social, emotional, communication, and sensory needs.
Contribute to classroom routines and inclusive learning activities.
A caring, patient, and adaptable individual with a genuine interest in SEN support.
Able to communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
Previous experience working with children with additional needs is beneficial but not required.
Teaching Assistant qualifications at Level 2 or 3 are desirable but not essential.
