Job Title: Facilities Administrator (Maternity Cover - 12 Month FTC)
Location: Hybrid - Work from Home & Office (Glasgow G51 2SN)
Salary: £14.50 per hour
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30
We're looking for a detail oriented and proactive Facilities Administrator to join our team on a 12 month fixed term basis, providing maternity cover. This hybrid role offers a mix of home based working and on site attendance at our Glasgow office, supporting one of our key corporate clients, Diageo.
As the Facilities Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of facilities operations, supporting both the Sodexo team and client stakeholders. You'll be the linchpin of communication and coordination-ensuring everything from contractor liaison to document management runs seamlessly.
