We are seeking an experienced, qualified Social Worker to join ourRichmond and Barnes Social Care Team. This friendly and well established team includes Social Workers and Social Care Assessors who are co located with District Nurses and Community Matrons, creating a truly integrated, multidisciplinary environment.
