We are now looking for a CEO to lead the UK organization forward with full responsibility for performance, people, and continued development. The role combines clear commercial accountability with a collaborative leadership style and a broader perspective beyond the local market. At LEMAN, we continue to develop our business across markets, with strong local leadership playing a key role. The UK is an important part of LEMAN's international setup, built on a solid platform, long-standing customer relationships, and a strong sense of teamwork.

What you'll be doing

• Running the business: You will hold full P&L responsibility for LEMAN UK and lead the business across sales, operations, finance, support functions, and across all activities Road, Air, Sea, customs and warehousing, working closely with colleagues both in the UK and internationally.
• Building customer trust: You will act as a visible representative of LEMAN in the UK market, maintaining and developing key customer relationships and ensuring a consistent, professional market presence.
• Coaching local leaders: You will develop and support the UK leadership team, reinforcing ownership, engagement, and the strong team spirit that characterizes the organization.
• Translating strategy into action: You will turn overall priorities into clear local actions, while sharing insights and perspectives from the UK that contribute to the company's wider direction.
• Strengthening internal operations: You will ensure well functioning structures, financial oversight, and reliable processes, while encouraging ongoing improvements in how the organization works.

Who we're looking for

You are an experienced business leader with proven P&L responsibility and strong commercial and financial understanding. You bring a hands on, people focused leadership style and experience from freight forwarding, logistics, or a related industry.
