As we grow our business, we are now looking for a new Demand and Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead and develop our Demand and Supply Chain Planning team across the UK and Ireland.As Demand and Supply Chain Planning Manager , you'll manage the overall planning and forecasting across the UK and ROI ensuring that the weekly, monthly and yearly planning S&OP cycles are maintained and that stock quality, inventory and availability targets are met. Managing your team of Demand Planners, you'll ensure that they establish and maintain processes with their business areas, that reports are accurate, and KPIs are being achieved. You'll also be responsible for coaching, developing and supporting your team, providing robust career plans for all.
