- Define and deliver a clear growth strategy for the EMEA region, aligned with global priorities
- Own regional financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and budget management
- Lead, inspire, and develop senior teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes
- Drive new business development while strengthening and expanding existing client relationships

- Identify and support strategic expansion opportunities, including partnerships and acquisitions
