My Client, a leading construction and property consultancy, are seeking a Project Manager to work on a range of exciting schemes in the North West as they expand their Manchester operation.
This will include supporting on the delivery of a £100m+ commercial office HQ in the North West for a major client as part of a wider £300m plus mixed use programme amongst other things.
This is a hands-on role - ideal for someone who thrives on being close to the action, driving delivery, and managing complex, high-value programmes.
You'll bring experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring robust governance, clear reporting, and full accountability across all workstreams.
