Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Area Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that operations within the designated area run smoothly and efficiently. To ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance across Endorphins services, safeguarding young people and supporting staff in delivering exceptional care. This role will conduct quality assurance audits, evaluations, and reviews, with a focus on continuous improvement. You'll also be the Area "face" of Endorphins' Enrich and Energise Services within our UK delivery areas, concentrating on customer facing information gathering, sharing, data collection and service reviews.

Responsibilities

Travel - 80% of your job role will be travel across Lancashire
Regulatory Compliance - Providing action plans and evidence based overviews in line CQC and Ofsted
Health and Safety - Completing reports, assessments of venues, identify, record and report potential hazards, risks and support in implementation of corrective actions
Staff Compliance and Safeguarding - Monitor staff with direct observations every 6-8 weeks, conduct spot checks, on call requirement in line with safeguarding and health and safety.
Risk and Care Planning - Review Risk Assessment and ensure compliance to them, any changes to individual care needs are recorded and updated, organised initial assessments, record action for require improvement
Monitoring and Audits - Work in line with Quality Assurance Assessor, Project and Workforce Lead to ensure quarterly updates are provided to local authority for monitoring purposes
Feedback and Evaluation - Close working with Marketing, Events and Partnership Lead to ensure content is available for newsletters and case studies, document completion to a high standard in an organised and timely manner.
Service User Data Management - Ensure and update all service users records are accurate
Customer and Professional Communications - Attend meetings, collect information, share knowledge, report and action requests from families/externals and customeers

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

Health and Social Care Level 3
Proven experience in quality assurance, audits, or compliance roles.
Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures, with DSL-level
experience.
Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring high-quality standards.
Strong communication and leadership skills to support and supervise staff effectively.
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable Skills

Experience working with young people or vulnerable groups.
Quality assurance reporting and action plan experience.
Customer facing communications experience
