Events Operations Manager
We are looking for an Events Operations Manager to join our Catering and Retail Services Office at the House of Lords. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient planning, execution, and operational success of all events while overseeing the administrative team to deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
As the Events Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple teams, driving operational excellence, and implementing best practiSW1A 0PWces to ensure all catering and event operations run smoothly, on time, and within budget. This role requires a strong willingness to be actively involved in the on-the-ground delivery of events, particularly during peak periods. You will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers while building and leading a collaborative, high-performing team.
