FLT Driver - Counterbalance
Avonmouth (Chittering Estate)
13.50 per hour
Monday to Friday
Either shift pattern: 06:00-14:00 / 13:00-20:00
Our client is currently recruiting an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join their team at their Avonmouth site.
Role Overview:
You will be working both in the warehouse and out in the yard, so this role involves all-weather outdoor work. The position requires confident and safe operation of a counterbalance FLT, with a strong focus on pallet handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a counterbalance FLT
- Loading and unloading pallets
- Loading HGV class 1 and 2 efficiently
- Working in and out of the yard in all weather conditions
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety
Requirements:
- Valid counterbalance FLT licence
- Strong experience with pallet loading and unloading
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working outdoors
