• Provide one-to-one support for pupils with Special Educational Needs, demonstrating empathy and adaptability.
• Assist the teacher with classroom preparation and day-to-day management.
• Listen attentively and respond to the individual needs of pupils to support their learning and development.
• Apply a resilient and flexible approach to support differentiated learning.
• Contribute positively to the school community by inspiring pupils and collaborating with colleagues.

• Previous experience working alongside children with SEN is essential.
• A genuine desire to motivate and inspire pupils and fellow staff members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and think proactively in a fast-paced environment.
