Site Manager ( mechanical bias )

Experienced Site Manager required for a refurbishment project in Westminster, London.

Hourly Rate: £35 CIS

Hours: Mainly 8am-5pm/6pm however some out of hours work will be required due to noise restrictions. Therefore flexibility is required.

Duration: 8 Weeks

Duties: Overseeing sub contractors on site, reporting to the Project Manager daily with updates on site progression. HVAC experience required.

Requirements: SMSTS, 1st Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working At Heights.

The suitable applicant will be subject to a background check as security clearance is required.

Work to commence on Monday 9th February
