Payrate 15.00 - 16.50 p/h

Are you a skilled Paint Inspector looking for your next opportunity? We're working with a well-established and growing engineering firm in Loughborough who are looking to add to their friendly team.

This role offers great rates of pay, steady day shifts, and the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working to ISO 9001:2015
• Ensure the correct environmental conditions with compliance for surface preparation.
• In-process checks for all stages of painting with visual assessments
• Lead internal audits
• Perform final inspections for Damage burrs and Paint quality
• Oversee the preparation of paint materials and cut waste

What We're Looking For

• Apprentice-trained or time-served quality inspector
• Strong background in spray painting quality and inspection
• Confident in leading audits and compliance
• 3+ years of experience working in a similar role
• Someone who can hit the ground running and work on their own initiative
