About the Company:

Known for its precision engineering and quietly influential role within its sector, the organisation is continuing to expand and is now seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support the build and test of sophisticated electro-mechanical assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble high-precision electro-mechanical sub-systems in a cleanroom/lab-based environment
- Test, calibrate, and commission integrated electro-mechanical assemblies
- Follow SOPs, engineering drawings, and quality standards
- Support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- HNC/HND qualified or time-served with equivalent technical experience
- Proven hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing setting
- Strong practical skills in mechanical and electrical assembly
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow documentation accurately
- Proficient in using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and computers
- Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills
