Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Telehandler to join our team at Oldbury. This role involves operating a telehandler to move materials safely and efficiently around the site. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of site safety procedures and previous experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate the telehandler to transport materials safely around the site.
Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and placement.
Carry out daily safety checks and routine maintenance of the equipment.
Assist with general site duties as required.
Work collaboratively with site teams to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
Requirements:
Valid CPCS or NPORS telehandler certification.
Previous experience working as a telehandler on construction or warehouse sites.
Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
