B2B IT Sales Executive Office Based (Bromley)
We are a growing UK IT services provider whose core business is Managed IT Support for businesses and schools.
Our managed IT support offering is supported by services such as development, equipment supply, WiFi, connectivity, cloud, backup, security, and VoIP these are provided in support of managed IT, not sold in isolation.
We are recruiting directly for a driven B2B salesperson focused on selling managed IT services, building long-term recurring revenue, and generating new business through consistent prospecting.
This is not a telecoms-only or broadband-led sales role.
The Role
Generate new B2B business by selling Managed IT Support as the primary solution
Position connectivity, cloud, backup, and security around managed IT where appropriate
Prospect actively (calls, email, LinkedIn, campaigns)
Book meetings, produce proposals, and close new recurring revenue
Be measured on activity, pipeline, and results
This is an office-based role in Bromley.
Occasional home working may be considered after probation, once performance is proven.
Targets & Probation
Clear, enforced monthly new-business targets
6-month probation with monthly reviews
Formal decision at 3 months (confirm / continue / exit)
Targets are based on net recurring revenue and explained during interview.
About You
Proven B2B new-business sales experience
Experience selling managed IT services or complex B2B solutions strongly preferred
Comfortable with cold prospecting and rejection
Target-driven, organised, and accountable
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (mileage paid)
Based in the UK and able to attend the Bromley office daily
Package
Basic salary (DOE)
Uncapped commission on new recurring revenue
Mileage expenses
Progression for strong performers
This is a serious managed-services sales role with clear expectations.
