We are looking for someone with: Experience managing key customer relationships, contracts or strategic accounts. Strong commercial awareness, including revenue, margin, retention and growth. The ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders. Experience leading customer reviews and presenting performance, value and improvement plans.
