Supply Desk are seeking outreach support workers for an SEND school is New Forest
Starting from February 2026
Hours: Full time Morning afternoon shifts or afternoon until night shifts
Pay: up to £13 per hour
Job Description:
- Desire to support children with additional needs with day to day activities
- No personal care required
- Supporting children in the classroom to thrive both academically, socially and personally
- Be caring, empathetic, confident and firm
- Liaise closely with Teaching Assistants, Teachers and SENCos
- Full time role with the opportunity of a permanent contract
- Location: New Forest
- Start Date: June 2025
- Contract Length: Long Term Potential to become permanent
- Hours: Shift hours
- You MUST have a car to apply for this role
Individual Profile:
- A nurturing and caring nature
- GCSE Maths and English to A- C grade
- Experience of working with additional needs (desirable)
- Passionate, enthusiastic and resilient individual
- Adaptable and sensitive when dealing with challenging situations
- First Aid trained or be willing to be trained
- Have access to your own car with a clean driving license
