Monday to Friday days x 37.5 hours (flexible working hours)

Salary: 60,000 Senior Engineer role

The company need a maintenance engineer to take a senior engineer role, mainly keeping the plant running and downtime to a minimum as well as helping to support on dealing with contractors, work permits, ordering parts and mentoring a junior member.

We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias who can confidently support a wide variety of production machinery. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, reducing downtime and contributing to ongoing improvement projects.

• Salary: 60,000

• Monday-Friday, days with flexible working hours

• Will be seen as a senior engineer and take on extra responsiblities i.e. dealing with contractors, ordering stock etc.

• Rapidly diagnose and repair breakdowns

• Mentor junior engineer

• Support automated and semi-automated production lines

• Work with various process and producton machinery

• Identify improvement opportunities and work to KPIs

• Order parts

• Electrical Engineering qualification

• Strong hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

• Ability to work effectively within a multi-skilled team

• A proactive mindset suited to a modern maintenance engineer role
