The Role
As the Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Maintaining firm but fair behaviour management and consistent classroom routines
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-structured learning environment
- Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Working collaboratively with KS2 colleagues, support staff, and SLT
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 4
- Strong curriculum knowledge and behaviour management skills
- High expectations for pupil progress, behaviour, and attainment
