As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding care, supporting residents and staff, and ensuring that everyone in our care enjoys dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

About the Home

• 30 single rooms, most ensuite, all with nurse call systems, telephone, and TV
• Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms to feel truly at home
• Communal facilities include a jacuzzi bath, dining areas on each floor, a large conservatory, and a mature garden with flower beds
• The home is fully committed to respecting the wishes and preferences of all residents

The Role

You will:

• Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred nursing care
• Lead, support, and mentor care and nursing staff on shift
• Ensure clinical standards, policies, and best practices are consistently met
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication management
• Promote dignity, independence, and choice for all residents
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

What We re Looking For

• Valid UK NMC registration (PIN)
• Experience within healthcare or nursing care settings
• Confident, compassionate leadership skills
• Professional, reliable, and motivated with a genuine passion for nursing
• Newly qualified nurses with the right attitude and values are welcome
