Job Description:
- Deliver a broad and engaging EYFS curriculum tailored to individual needs
- Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes exploration and play-based learning
- Support social, emotional, and physical development through creative activities
- Work closely with parents and carers to build strong home-school partnerships
- Collaborate with colleagues on whole-school initiatives and cross-curricular projects
- Ensure all pupils, including those with SEND, are supported, challenged, and celebrated
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teaching in an EYFS setting (Reception or Nursery)
- Be a positive and enthusiastic team player with strong classroom management
- Understand child development, safeguarding protocols, and inclusive teaching strategies
