We are recruiting full-time Residential Support Workers to support children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs in a therapeutic residential setting. About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people with complex needs
  • Work as part of a therapeutic care team, alongside education and clinical professionals
  • Support young people to build independence, confidence, and life skills
  • Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment
  • Take part in meaningful activities that promote positive outcomes and development
  • This is a full-time role, with sleep-ins included and a 3-month rota issued in advance, allowing you to plan your life outside of work with confidence.
  • Full-time permanent position -Includes evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
