What you ll be doing:

• Supporting children and young people with autism across the school day or care setting
• Helping develop communication, social, and independence skills
• Implementing personalised learning and behaviour support plans
• Encouraging confidence, emotional regulation, and social interaction
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Supporting daily routines to ensure a safe and nurturing environment

What we re looking for:

• Experience supporting children or young people with autism, SEN, or additional needs
• Understanding of behaviour strategies and personalised support plans
• Positive, patient, and proactive approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
• Driver s license preferable
