Liberty Recruitment Group is thrilled to be partnering with a highly regarded local employer who truly values their people, to recruit a Part time HR Advisor, based in Southampton on a fixed-term contract until September 2026.

As HR Advisor, you ll provide hands-on HR support across the business, guiding Line Managers on everything from onboarding and employee relations to performance management, and talent development. You ll also play a key role in shaping the organisation s HR strategies, embedding culture and values across all teams.

What you ll be doing:

  • Employee Relations casework - conduct, capability, grievances, probationary reviews and performance management
  • Advice and guidance on absence management - long and short-term sickness, flexible working and sabbaticals
  • Developing the Wellbeing programme across the business to ensure it remains high on our agenda
  • The potential to create, develop and maintain HR practices & policies, to support our People strategy may also be required

What we re looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years generalist HR experience
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified
  • Confident, approachable, and passionate about supporting people and developing talent

This role is offered on a part time basis of 32 hours paying £27,705 pro-rata. The full-time equivalent salary would be £34,632. There is also hybrid working available (typically 2 days per week)
