We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our exciting and busy team in Westerham (Kent, England). Hours of Work: Full-time, fixed-term role, until 31 January 2027.

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will include providing technical support and expert advice to our customers, handling enquiries via email and telephone, diagnosing faults, scheduling service visits, and ensuring our customers receive an outstanding experience from start to finish. You will work within our vibrant call centre and play a vital role in creating a seamless customer journey by resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a customer-facing environment with a strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle technical information and explain it clearly to customers
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A positive attitude with resilience and adaptability in a busy setting
