What you'll do

Toolstation is looking for a Branch Manager to lead and grow a high performing store team in Brixton & Balham. You'll manage the branch, serve customers, oversee deliveries, stock shelves and maintain a safe, clean working environment while driving sales through outstanding customer service.

  • Deliver great service: Ensure your team provides a great customer experience and drives sales through service.
  • Muck in: Assist with unpacking deliveries, opening/closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning and order fulfilment.
  • Inspire: Encourage a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
  • Build relationships: Support your team's development, foster future business growth and succession, and ensure customers leave with everything they need.
  • Lead: From the front, coach, motivate and engage, creating a great place to work where engagement is key.
  • Fun environment: Maintain product availability and high branch standards, making the branch a place everyone loves to work.
