Your new role
We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join the consultancy's growing team in Lisburn. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to diverse projects and advance your career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce structural engineering designs across a range of sectors.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare calculations, reports, and drawings in accordance with industry standards.
  • Support senior engineers and contribute to project planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and best practices.


What you need to succeed:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • 2-5 years of experience in structural design, ideally within a consultancy setting.
  • Progress toward chartership with a recognised institution (e.g., ICE or IStructE).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Tekla, TEDDS, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
