About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Front of House team member to join our busy office/hospitality environment in London. This is a customer facing role, so you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues, ensuring an excellent experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth
Manage phone and email enquiries efficiently
Maintain reception and public areas to a high standard
Support day-to-day administrative tasks using MS Office or other systems
Follow Health & Safety procedures and maintain a safe environment
Work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Relevant corporate, hospitality, or customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Motivated, flexible, and committed
Understanding of basic Health & Safety procedures
