Key Responsibilities For A Customer Service Advisor

• Handling a of inbound and outbound telephone calls
• Responding to customer enquiries via email
• Providing accurate product and service information
• Resolving queries in a professional and timely manner
• Updating internal systems and records
• Supporting the wider office and customer service team

What We re Looking For In A Customer Service Advisor:

• Previous office-based experience (essential)
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, reliable, and customer-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
