About Us

We are a dynamic and growing recruitment agency specialising in the construction and property services sectors. With a strong reputation for delivering quality candidates and building long-term client relationships, we re expanding our Trades & Labour division and looking for a consultant who knows the industry inside out.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Trades & Labour team, you will:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with construction firms, subcontractors, and site managers
• Source and place skilled and semi-skilled tradespeople including labourers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and more
• Respond quickly to client requirements and deliver high-volume, time-sensitive recruitment solutions
• Maintain compliance and ensure all placements meet health & safety and right-to-work standards

What We re Looking For

• Proven experience in Trades & Labour recruitment
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry and its workforce needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
• A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
