Talent Manager

Salary: £27,500 £29,500 + uncapped bonus
Location: Southampton with hybrid working and flexitime

The Role:

We are looking for a Talent Manager to play a key role in recruitment delivery for a portfolio of existing clients. This role is ideal for someone who can deliver structured recruitment processes, candidate engagement and high-quality outcomes.

You will be supported as you get your feet under the table and learn our systems, processes and client base. Once established, you will be trusted with the autonomy to manage recruitment processes from start to finish, taking ownership of roles and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities:
  • Managing recruitment delivery for existing clients

  • Owning recruitment processes end-to-end once established, from role briefing through to placement

  • Proactively sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media and the internal CRM

  • Conducting initial screening calls and video interviews to assess suitability and alignment with role requirements

  • Writing and posting accurate and engaging job adverts

  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing diaries effectively

  • Maintaining accurate candidate records and compliance documentation within the CRM

  • Supporting onboarding and pre-employment checks

  • Conducting market mapping and research to support effective candidate shortlists

  • Ensuring a consistently high-quality candidate and client experience throughout the process

    Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office-based, delivery, coordination or sales-driven environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at once

  • Confident using Microsoft 365; CRM or ATS experience is advantageous

  • Experience sourcing candidates or conducting research using professional platforms

  • High attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy and compliance

  • A reliable, proactive approach with a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in recruitment delivery
