From personalising customer journeys with data to perfecting our omnichannel experience (making sure online and in-store feel like one), you ll be at the heart of our growth. This isn t just any other graduate scheme; it s a two-year journey through the core areas of omnichannel retailing. Depending on whether you join the Digital or Data team, you ll gain hands on experience in areas such as customer analytics, digital marketing, web development, loyalty, and CRM. All while helping us deliver the best experiences for millions of Screwfix customers.

2. Recorded video interview

3. In-person assessment centre at our Yeovil Head Office (19 March 1 April)
