The principal purpose of this role is to manage and take responsibility for the administration of a diverse portfolio of corporate clients and ensure that client relationships and administration are conducted effectively and to a high standard
Key Duties
- Ensure corporate records and statutory registers are correct and complete
- Assist with the effective management of day-to-day activities to include meeting transactional and internal procedural deadlines and managing WIP and debt collection
- Create and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues both in the immediate department and across the business
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested
Ideal Candidate
- Have previous experience working in a corporate services environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft software
- Hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification
