Customs Manager

LS Customs is looking for an experienced Customs Manager to help lead and grow our customs business. Working closely with the Director, you ll combine technical customs experience with commercial drive, client leadership and business development.

The successful candidated will

• Lead and support the customs team, providing guidance and oversight
• Provide expert customs advice and ensure full HMRC compliance.
• Grow new and existing client relationships across the energy sector and supply chain.
• Develop and deliver customs training and education programmes.
• Support business planning, forecasting and finanical performance.
• Working with the wider Peterson Group to maximise opportunities and synergies.

This role would suit someone with

• Strong experience in customs and HMRC systems.
• Proven experience managing or mentoring a small team.
• Commercially minded and proven client facing skills.
• Excellent communicator with the confidence to influence at all levels.
