The Role
This is a trainee role with a delivery-first pathway into a 360 recruitment consultant position.
You ll start by learning recruitment properly:
Sourcing and engaging candidates
Supporting live roles in regulated infrastructure markets
Building candidate pipelines and market knowledge
Learning compliance, process and quality standards
Sales responsibility is introduced gradually as you develop.
Training & Progression
Director-led coaching and mentoring
Structured in-house training plus online learning support
Clear, earned progression into a 360 consultant role
Progression is based on capability and consistency, not time served.
Earnings & Benefits
£25,500 starting salary (Potentially higher depending on experience)
Uncapped commission with a simple, transparent structure (Benchmarked to be the best structure locally in the South)
Typical Year 1 earnings around £35-£40k
