We re looking for a Community Fundraising Manager to join our ambitious Public Fundraising team, this is an new role within our Individual Giving Team.
You ll have experience inspiring fundraising groups, delivering mass in-aid of fundraising products, and motivating volunteers and individuals to fundraise on our behalf. You ll build strong internal and external relationships, use audience insight and sector trends to develop in-aid of fundraising initiatives and deliver an impactful suite of community-led products. You ll also have experience delivering in-memory products at scale and developing digital stewardship journeys and activations.
In delivering the Community Fundraising programme, you ll bring expertise in digital marketing, strategic thinking, and mass audience engagement. You ll share our ambition to drive growth through fundraising products and activations, working closely with colleagues across the charity to maximise donor lifetime value.
You ll be someone who can effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to champion the role Public Fundraising plays. You ll enjoy monitoring donor trends, being data-led, and testing and learning across all Community Fundraising income streams.
This role involves travel and overnight stays when required.

You ll be working in a newly formed team with the Head of Individual Giving. You ll be building a new income stream from the ground up, drawing on learnings from existing streams and identifying opportunities to grow and develop the programme to meet our exciting fundraising goals.
Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon, and you ll be expected to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you work at other times. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for % of your working week. This will be discussed further at interview.
What you'll be doing
This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about inspiring donors, fundraising groups, and volunteers. You ll play a key role in developing this new income stream with internal partners, organisation wide.
You ll manage all areas of Community Fundraising, including supporter groups, in-aid of fundraising, and in-memory giving. You ll identify levers to inspire donors, raise more money for critical conservation work, and create exceptional donor experiences. You ll think across the lifetime of a donor s relationship with us and collaborate with other teams to engage donors where they are.
