An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a fine dining restaurant with rooms in West Sussex, working directly under an acclaimed Michelin-starred Chef.

This is a fantastic role for a driven Chef de Partie who wants to develop their craft in a high-calibre, professional environment, producing refined, seasonal food at the highest level.

The Restaurant

Set in the heart of the West Sussex countryside, this elegant fine dining restaurant is a destination. With a strong focus on modern British cuisine, exceptional ingredients, and precise execution, the kitchen offers a calm, structured working environment where standards are high but the culture is supportive.

The brigade is a close-knit team of 5 chefs, allowing for excellent mentoring, real responsibility on section, and genuine involvement in menu development. The restaurant also offers beautifully appointed rooms, creating a premium guest experience from kitchen to table.

The Role

• Working as Chef de Partie within a Michelin-starred kitchen
• Managing your section to the highest standards of consistency and presentation
• Learning directly from a Michelin-starred Head Chef
• Contributing ideas and creativity to seasonal menu development
• Maintaining excellent organisation, cleanliness, and attention to detail

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi ready to step up
• Background in fresh, seasonal, high-quality cooking
• A calm, professional approach under pressure
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Passion for fine dining and career progression
