Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager - Freight Forwarding
- Develop new business opportunities across air, sea, road, and courier services
- Generate leads and secure new accounts through telesales and face-to-face engagement
- Deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate effectively with clients
- Consistently achieve revenue and gross profit targets
- Provide accurate, costeffective quotations and exceptional customer service
- Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure compliance with deadlines
