We are recruiting Picker to join a well-established vineyard farm in kent for an ongoing agricultural role, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidates.

What s on offer:

• 5 days out of 7 (flexible working pattern)

Duties include:

• Picking and packing fresh produce
• Quality checking and preparing goods for dispatch
• Working as part of a friendly, supportive farm team
• Following health & safety and quality standards

What we re looking for:

• Reliable and hardworking individuals with own transport
• Comfortable working in outdoor and farm environments
• Own transport to get to the site
• Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
• No previous experience required full training provided
