Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants Primary School
Camden, London
Hours: 8:30am 4:00pm
Pay: £98 £105 per day (higher rates available for exceptional experience)
Start: Immediate / Ongoing
TeacherActive is working closely with a primary school in Camden that is seeking several highly experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team.
The school is looking for adaptable and confident professionals who can support pupils with additional needs, work across different classes when required, and are open to a longer-term placement.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs

Assisting across a range of year groups and covering classes when necessary

Supporting learning, engagement, and positive behaviour

Working collaboratively with teachers and the wider school team
The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a primary setting

Confidence working independently and managing small groups or classes
-
A flexible, proactive approach

An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
