Quorn Foods are currently recruiting for a Shift Supervisor/Manufacturing Team Leader to join our manufacturing and operations team out of our Stokesley based manufacturing plant.
What you'll be responsible forEnsuring that your shift team are compliant with business safety and quality procedures, you will manage a team of manufacturing technicians and operators to deliver line output and meet key production related performance indicators.
You will coach and develop a multi skilled team, addressing line losses, performance issues whilst developing technical skills which set priorities for reliability and loss reduction. Managing the shift to shift handover procedures, you will create robust planned stops, drive out losses and ensure each team member understands their roles and actions to deliver production results.
